What We Do

Sponsorship Support

Our sponsorship programme provides consistent, monthly assistance to orphaned children in Western Syria. Through direct or group sponsorship, each child receives structured support that covers essential daily needs, including:

  • Nutritious food and household essentials
  • Basic clothing and seasonal items
  • School supplies and learning materials
  • Contribution toward safe shelter and utilities

Beyond financial assistance, sponsorship creates stability. It ensures that a child is known, monitored, and regularly followed up by our team. Each sponsored child is documented, assessed, and supported with accountability and care.

Education Support

Education is central to long-term recovery and dignity. Many orphaned children face interrupted schooling due to displacement, poverty, or trauma.

Our education support includes:

  • School enrolment assistance and fee coverage where required
  • Provision of textbooks, stationery, and uniforms
  • Tutoring programmes and remedial classes
  • Small group learning with dedicated teachers
  • Monitoring academic progress

By strengthening educational access, we help children regain routine, rebuild confidence, and protect their future opportunities.

Healthcare Support

Access to healthcare in conflict-affected areas remains limited and costly. We provide targeted medical support for children whose needs exceed what their families can manage.

Our healthcare assistance may include:

  • Medical consultations and diagnostic tests
  • Medication and treatment costs
  • Surgical procedures and emergency interventions
  • Provision of medical equipment when required
  • Follow-up care and monitoring

Cases are assessed individually to ensure fairness, urgency-based prioritisation, and responsible allocation of funds.

Psychological Support

Children who have experienced violence, loss, and displacement often carry invisible wounds. Psychological and emotional recovery is essential for healthy development.

Our psychological support initiatives include:

  • Access to trained counsellors and mental health professionals
  • Group activities that promote resilience and peer connection
  • Safe spaces for expression through art, play, and storytelling
  • Awareness sessions for caregivers on trauma-informed support

We aim not only to meet immediate needs, but to nurture emotional stability, self-worth, and long-term well-being.
