Organisational relationship: Wheat, Home & Dreams operates as an independent humanitarian initiative in all field and administrative matters. Its financial activities — including the receipt and disbursement of donations — are conducted within the legal and fiscal framework of the Association of Syrian Alawites in Europe (ASAE) e.V., a registered non-profit association under German law (eingetragener Verein). ASAE e.V. holds legal responsibility for all financial transactions conducted on behalf of WHD.
Purpose and non-profit status
ASAE e.V. is recognised as a non-profit organisation (gemeinnütziger Verein) under German tax law. Donations made in support of Wheat, Home & Dreams activities are eligible for a tax-deductible donation receipt (Zuwendungsbestätigung) in accordance with applicable German regulations.
WHD operates exclusively for charitable, humanitarian purposes in the support of orphaned children affected by conflict in western Syria. No part of its activities or funds benefits private individuals or serves commercial interests.
Liability for content
The content of this website has been prepared with due care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content under § 7 para. 1 TMG.
